Kimberly Sniffen

Kimberly Sniffen, Midwife, received her BA in Biology from Sweet Briar College in 1989 and went directly in to Johns Hopkins University’s accelerated BSN program.  She worked for Neonatal ICU for many years and then while living in Montana she cross trained to L&D, falling in love the with midwife profession.  Kimberly returned to school in 1995 and obtained her Masters Degree in Advanced Perinatal Nursing from Old Dominion University in 1996.  She received her Postmasters Certificate in Midwifery in 2003, as well as her Doctorate in Nursing in 2010 from Frontier University.  She has practiced full scope midwifery in Cary, NC since 2003.
