Casey Cooper, DO, FACOG

Dr. Casey Cooper is the newest physician to join Cary OB/GYN. She has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in the area for several years and looks forward to continuing to care for our community.

Dr. Cooper grew up in southwestern Virginia, attended medical school at The Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (Virginia Campus), and completed her OB/GYN residency training at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Chattanooga. Dr. Cooper is proud to provide evidence-based care and enjoys staying up to date in the ever-changing field of OB/GYN. She is known for her calm bedside manner and empowers each patient to make decisions that are best for them individually.

While she enjoys the variety that working as an OB/GYN provides, her particular clinical interests include gynecologic surgery, contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, and managing high-risk pregnancies.

Outside of taking care of her patients, she loves spending time with her husband (a Raleigh
native & NC State graduate), children, and golden retriever. Together, they enjoy cooking/baking, trying new restaurants, and exploring the area.
