We provide basic obstetrical care from shortly after conception to your delivery to your post partum visit. Our physician and nursing staff work together to provide this care and you are encouraged to see each physician at various times throughout your prenatal care. One of our physicians is on call continuously and the call is rotated among the physicians. At the present time we do not use nurse midwifes to provide hospital or delivery care. When necessary we consult with the high risk pregnancy specialists in the immediate area to provide for the safest and best possible care during and after your pregnancy.
We provide all basic gynecologic care. This includes screening for gynecologic diseases, applying or prescribing all forms of contraceptives and treatment for all gynecologic disorders, either major or minor. This includes office procedures as well as surgical procedures in the office or hospital when needed. ?In many cases these procedures can be done in office more economically than in the hospital setting. All of our physicians are gynecologic surgeons who are trained and experienced in laparoscopic, hysteroscopic or traditional gynecologic procedures.
We provide basic diagnostic testing for infertility followed by early medical intervention when appropriate. We do not provide more advanced infertility services such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or Intrauterine inseminations (IUI). We work closely with board specialized reproductive specialists in the Triangle area for those patients needing higher level infertility care.

After speaking with both patients and staff, she said, patients speak highly of their physician, and said they felt they were listened to as patients. The staff have a strong sense of pride in being affiliated with the physicians. I am looking for an opportunity that encourages its practice to work together as a team, and I found that at Cary Obstetrics and Gynecology.
